Important: For seamless transitions, it’s essential that the setback of each gutter machine is identical.
 
What is setback? Setback refers to how far the exit end of the machine is positioned from the edge of the surface it’s mounted on (e.g., a wooden block, metal frame, or other materials).
Why does it matter? If one machine is mounted 2 inches back from the edge, and another is mounted 1.5 inches back, the station won’t align correctly without adjusting the leveling system. However, if both machines have the same setback (e.g., 2 inches), the station will drop into position perfectly without any additional adjustments
