Returns

At BEDER, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our miter station. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your BEDER Gutter Miter Saw Station, we offer a clear and fair return policy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs and any deductions for missing parts or damage.

Please note: although shipping is free at checkout, our actual cost to ship your order is typically $130.
If you return your item for any non-defective reason, this original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at 971-319-5401 within 30 days of receiving your miter station.
You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions.

Return Eligibility:

  • The miter station must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, hardware, and packaging materials.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the return authorization.

  • Returns without authorization or returned late may be subject to a restocking fee.

Packaging Responsibility (Important)

All returned items must be packaged by the customer using proper protective materials.
Do NOT allow UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any carrier to repackage your item on your behalf.

Carrier repackaging often leads to insufficient protection, and any damage caused by poor packaging, carrier repackaging, or missing protective materials will be deducted from your refund.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any packaging materials needed.

  • We strongly recommend using the original packaging or heavy-duty equivalent, along with a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions:

  • Customized or modified miter stations cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete returns may incur additional deductions or restocking fees.

  • Defective or incorrect items will be handled at no cost to you.

Please note that the BEDER Gutter Miter Saw Station is designed to accommodate various miter saw models, including but not limited to the DEWALT saw used in our demonstration. Customers are responsible for supplying and attaching their own miter saw to the miter station for use.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers assume full responsibility for ensuring the compatibility, safety, and proper operation of their own miter saw with the BEDER Gutter Miter Saw Station. It is the customer's responsibility to review their miter saw's user manual, safety instructions, and any applicable regulations before use.

Modifications and Adjustments:

Some miter saw models may require modifications or adjustments to effectively cut gutters with the BEDER Gutter Miter Saw Station. Customers are advised to carefully follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines when making any modifications to their miter saw.

Safety Precautions:

Customers should prioritize safety at all times when using their miter saw with the BEDER Gutter Miter Saw Station. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and hearing protection, and following all recommended safety procedures.

Limitation of Liability:

BEDER assumes no liability for any damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from the use of customers' own miter saws with the BEDER Gutter Miter Saw Station. By using the miter station, customers acknowledge and accept any associated risks and agree to hold BEDER harmless from any claims or liabilities.

90 Day Limited Warranty

BEDER Tools 90-Day Limited Warranty

At BEDER Tools, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a 90-Day Limited Warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials on all BEDER Gutter Miter Saw Stations, Gutter Run-Out Stands, and L-Mounts.

​

Warranty Coverage:

For 90 days from the date of delivery, we will repair or replace—at our discretion—any product found to have defects in workmanship or materials under normal use.

 

What’s Covered:

✔ Weld failures
✔ Hardware defects (excluding normal wear)
✔ Structural failures due to poor workmanship or materials

 

What’s Not Covered:

✖ Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
✖ Modifications or alterations not approved by BEDER Tools
✖ Normal wear and tear
✖ Damage from accidents, impacts, or exposure to corrosive environments

 

How to File a Warranty Claim:

To make a claim, contact us at bederamerica@gmail.com within the 90-day period. Please include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the defect
